I found my old CAAS Pilot Licence Cert

I found my old CAAS Pilot Licence Cert and Security pass while packing some of my things... It have been FIVE long years since I last flown.....


The checklist are for PA-28-161 Piper Warrior II

Starting the Engine
Throttle – ¼ open
Mixture – Rich
Primer – Close
Shout – ‘Clear Start’
Alt switch – ON
Stall Warning – Test
Insert Key, turn to Start

After-start check.
Oil pressure - Rising within 30 sec. Else SHUT DOWN, mixture CUT.
Throttle - 1200RPM
Fuel pump - Off – Check pressure in Green pressure
AVNS switch - ON
Comm. 1, 2 - ON, Set Volume
ADF - ON
Transponder - Standby
Ignition - ‘DEAD CUT’ Check
Ammeter - Indicating
Suction Gauge - 4-5 Inches
Aux Pump - Function Check
Annunciator - Press to test
AH - Erect
DI - Sync with magnetic compass
Turn Coors - Red Flag ‘Away’
R/T - Radio Check

Leaving Dispersal Checks
Fuel pump - ON, select right tank, OFF, Check Fuel Pressure in GREEN Sector
Throttle - Close
Chocks - Chocks Away
Foot Breaks - Applied
Parking Break - RELEASE
Throttle - 1200 RPM, Breaks Holding

Leave parking shed
Throttle - CLOSE
Foot Breaks - Test

Instrument
Turning Coors - Check BANK/BALL Direction
AH - Erect
DI and Compass - Increase/Decreasing
ADF - Tracking

Those are the things to be done BEFORE taxiing out of the hanger.......... Now is to inform control of my intentions.
