A New Beginning.
After two months of deliberation... I am finally posted to be an investigator...
Where the REAL policing work are.
The wheel of motion started on 27/01/2010.
27/01/2010 - Breakfast with CO.
I had taken the initiative to inform CO of the intention to move on. He informed me that he will see what he can do. No promises. ^_^
10/02/2010 - Interview with HI.
I received a call while at work. I was told by SA HI that he is scheduling a interview for me with HI. It will either be today, or the day after. I told him immediately.
18/02/2010 - I think it's this date
TL enquired with me about my posting issue. CO had spoken to him before I did... It is confirmed that I will be posted to IB soon.
01/03/2010 - IO fresh intake.
A new batch of officers are posted to IB.
02/03/2010 - Inform by TL.
I was informed that my application to IB have been rejected. No reason was cited. That evening, I contacted CO to enquire for more information. He mentioned that it's not a matter of "if", but a matter or "when" I will be posted over.
03/03/2010 - Chat with TL.
TL revealed to me that CO have the intention of opening a second placement for NIO and place me there. It aims to prepare me for IB in q couple of months.
12/03/2010 - OO Session.
OO have a session with everyone to talk about our PB. Understand that she is looking for other officers to fill the post of NIO... hmmm... Ain't I being posted there already???
18/03/2010 - Info from Head MPD
TL show me an email from Head MPD. Posting Order.
I will be posted to IB WEF 29/03/2010.
My my... sounds very genuine this time.... haha... but I can never be sure... Yet...
23/03/2010 - My Last Night Shift
My last night shift with the team. Took many photos of myself in uniform and fully equiped. ^_^
26/03/2010 - Last Day Shift
My last day shift with the team and I get to partner Muzz!!! he let me drive the whole day... haha... Fun filled shift... I am sure Muzz love it.
29/03/2010 - First day in IB.
Yes. It's true. It's Real. It's for sure. I am in IB now. No more surprises, shock, last minute changes etc.
